The Texas A&M AgriLife Cooperative Extension Program and The James B Harrison Foundation have collaborated to bring women and young lades a unique workshop that focuses on self-esteem and mindfulness while in nature.
Activities include: wilderness yoga, mindfulness 101 and nature discussion, Outdoor Woman Activity, mediation and journaling, and a five senses nature hike
We recommend that you bring a picnic lunch, water, and wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes for spending time in nature. Also suggested: your own yoga mat, binoculars, journal, and pen/pencil.
