SHE Springs Nature Yoga Workshop

Ladies come join us for a peaceful and relaxing evening of Wilderness Yoga and Meditation/Reflection in Nature. Please bring water and weather-appropriate clothing and shoes for spending time in nature.  Also suggested: your own yoga mat, binoculars, journal, and pen/pencil. The event is free!

Check-in will begin 5:45pm-6:05pm.
